摘    要:本文从冰川的水文水资源效应、冻土的生态、气候和工程效应、积雪的水文及气候效应等方面论述了冰冻圈在我国社会经济发展中的影响与重要作用。在此基础上,着重根据近40年来我国冰冻圈变化的实际情况。论述了冰冻圈变化对水资源、生态、工程、灾害和气候所产生的一些影响。最后根据国内外冰冻圈研究发展趋势,总结了我国冰冻圈研究所面临的机遇、挑战与发展建议。

Abstract:The important roles of cryosphere in Chinese society and economic were demonstrated at first with the contribution to hydrological cycle and water resource of glacier, the impact on ecology, climate and engineering of frozen soil, the influence on hydrological cycle and climate of seasonal snow. Then, the advances on the studies on impact of cryosphere change on water re- source, ecology, engineering, disaster and climate in China were reviewed and compared with emphasis on the changes of glacier, frozen soil and seasonal snow in last 40 years. At last, based on the momentum and tendency of development on cryospheric science in China and other countries, the opportunity, challenge, and developed advice on research of Chinese cyrosphere were suggested in summary.
