| 摘 要： | 温氏总部坐落于广东新兴县,这是禅宗六祖惠能的故乡。六祖是中国历史上的思想伟人,温氏发展过程中深受六祖思想的影响;新兴人杰地灵,人才辈出,其地域文化构成了温氏发展的独特文化土壤。温氏对其文化土壤主要在企业领导表率、公司位于新兴、文化宣传、发展新兴等四方面进行了整合。

| Abstract: | Wen＇s headquarters is located in Xinxing County, Guangdong, which is the hometown of huineng. The sixth patriarch is the history of Chinese thought great, influenced by the sixth patriarch thought Wen＇s development process; new old times, talented people, the regional culture, and constitutes a unique cultural so~l of Wen＇s development. Wen＇s to the cultural soil mainly in the enterprise leadership model, the company is located in the emerging, development of new cultural propaganda, four aspects of integration. |
