快速淬冷自动测试实验台的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种新型高速淬冷装置的设计原理和研制,该测试台可以实现弹射速度的无级调节和沉浸速度准确测量,将其运用于研究球状小样品在液氮(LN2)中的超快速冷却,可实现较高的沉浸速度和冷却速度,发现随着样品直径的减小、液氮过冷度的增大,沸腾的最大热流密度和最大冷却速度急剧增大。

Abstract:The design and establishment of a new kind of high speed quenching experimental system are reported. The ejecting speed of the ejector can be adjusted continuously and quenching speed can be measured accurately. As the setup is used to study the ultra rapid cooling of small sample in liquid Nitrogen (LN 2), the high quenching speeds and the high cooling rates are reached. The maximum boiling heat fluxes and maximum cooling rates are increased dramatically as the results of decreasing of sphere diameters, or increasing of LN 2 subcoolings.
