表象训练在跆拳道教学中的作用

本文运用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法,证明了表象训练在帮助学生学习跆拳道新动作、巩固定型已学动作中起着很大的作用.提倡在高校推广和实施表象教学,并为提高跆拳道教学质量提供参考。

The effect of virtual training on Taekwondo Teaching

With the aid of the research methods of literature,experiments and SO on,this paper has done research on Taekwondo Teaching ,the effect shows that virtual training has played a great role in helping students to learn taekwondo new technique ,and consolidate stereotypes of movement. Encourage that virtual training should be extended in colleges and universities and be put into practice,and it provid the reference of improving Taekwondo teaching quality.
