| 摘 要： | 在Ｍｏｏｒｅ 平衡法［１，２］ 和Ｓｃｈｕｒ［３］ 平衡法的基础上，针对Ｍｏｏｒｅ 平衡法在系统的可控性可观性阵非正定无法实施平衡变换，进而不能进行平衡降阶的问题，利用ＬＵ 分解对Ｍｏｏｒｅ 平衡法做了改进，使之能进行平衡降阶．
