| 摘 要： | 从碳生产和碳消费视角出发，研究了2004~2011年，我国低碳经济发展水平问题。研究后发现，在世界16个CO2主要排放国中，我国碳消费排放一直处于较低水平；在考虑商品净出口因素后，我国每年至少有超过11％的CO2排放产生自净出口商品的生产；最后，通过折算出我国分行业CO2实际排放量，经分析后还发现，碳生产排放而非碳消费排放，才是左右我国低碳经济发展水平问题的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Based on the annual data of 1995~2013, the influencing factors of service trade in Anhui province have been analyzed empirically. First of all, using principal component analysis （pca）, multiple indicators involved will be changed into a few general comprehensive index, to eliminate and explain the multicolinearity between the variables. Regression analysis method makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of service trade in our province. The results showed that the per capita GDP in Anhui province, import and export of goods trade, the amount of the actual use of foreign capital, human capital in Anhui province, the openness of service trade, the consumer price index, urbanization level and exchange rate are positively correlated with the service trade. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
