| Abstract: | Zhou Enlai sets an example lays an important foundation for the formation of the consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics system based on his own practical experience in his brilliant life. It mainly reveals using consultative democracy principle in the work, advocating consultative democracy idea in the thought with the purpose of interests of the whole nation. These ideas are the precious wealth left by Zhou Enlai which are worthy of our reference. |
