| 摘 要： | 在恶劣的工作环境下，电子系统的热失效问题日益突出，进而导致电子系统可靠性大大降低。结合实践经验介绍并比较几个以专用温控集成电路芯片为核心构成的电子系统温控系统，提出几点具有实用性的建议。

| Abstract: | Under bad working conditions, electronic systems are easier to be caused thermal invalidation, and the reliability of electronic systems to be lowered. This paper introduces some practical application examples of the integrated circuits which are.oriented in temperature measuring and fan control, and then gives some practical suggestions to engineers according to work experience. |
