| 摘 要： | 行政监督是保证法制统一、保障公民个人自由和规范公务员行为的需要。现阶段我国行政监督主体地位不高，缺乏独立性；监督体系缺乏合力，监督效能低；监督法规不健全，缺乏可操作性等，因而必须尽快形成相对独立的行政监督主体，健全行政监督的法律机制，以更高效地发挥行政监督的职能作用。

| Abstract: | The administration super vision is a requirement of ensuring unity of legal system and guaranteeing personal freedom of citizens and stand ardizing the behavicr of governmene employees.At present.The main stay of administration supervision keeps a low position.The supervision system lacks joining forces.The supervision efficacy is low.The supervision law isn't perfect and short of controllability.Therefore,we must form the relative independent mainstay of the administration supervision as quick as possible,perfect the law mechanism and give fall play to the administration supervision's function in higher efficiency. |
