水帆发电装置的基本理论与实验研究

摘    要:本文阐述了水帆式水电站的基本理论,对水帆式水力发电装置(简称水帆机)的实验研究过程和结果进行了总结。重要研究成果有:水帆机的效率达80%以上,水力发电系统总效率达60%,发电质量达国家电网并网标准;每千瓦成本仅为现有水电站的50%左右,在现今各种发电技术中成本最低。水帆的寿命达3-5年甚至7-8年。以上各项指标均达到或超过省科委立项合同的规定。已进入需要走出实验室的阶段。

Abstract:his paper mainly consists of two parts:Basic theory on water-sail hydropower staion and summary of laboratory research on water-sail electrogenerating device(called water-sail machine for short). Important research achievements are;1) Efficiency of water-sail machine is up to 80%;general efficiency of the hydraulic electrogenerating system is up to 60% and quality of electrogenerafion reaches the country's electricity netting standard;2)Cost per kw is only 50% of a present hydropower station,which is the lowest among all the techniques today;3)Service life of the water-sail reaches 3-5 years or even 7-8 years.All the targets mentioned above reach the norms written in the project contact of the provincial scientific commission,therefor,water-sail technique should be used in practice out of laboratory.
