| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the connotation of the independent innovation,this paper makes overview of the present situation of the researches on the independent innovation of domestic and foreign high-tech industry development zones,and points out that promoting the technical progress and strengthening the independent innovation ability are the important works of our country's high-tech industry development zones,and increasing the independent intellectual property creation ability is a strategic task of strengthening the core competitive power and realizing the long-term development of the high-tech industry development zone. |
