摘    要:首先构建了技术创新效率和产业竞争力的评价指标体系,以及基于离差系数的协调性测度模型.然后以浙江省制造业为例,采用主成分分析法评价其技术创新效率和产业竞争力、离差系数法测度二者协调性,结果表明在浙江省制造业29个行业中,有15个行业是协调类型,14个行业是失调类型,且协调类型中有7个行业属于优质协调型.最后对技术创新效率与产业竞争力的协调发展提出了建议.

Abstract:The paper firstly builds evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency and industrial competitiveness, and co- ordination degree model based on the deviation coefficient. Then it takes manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province as an example, using the principal component analysis to evaluate its efficiency of technology innovation and industrial competitiveness, and applying the deviation coefficient method to study the ooordination degree. The result shows that, among the 29 industries, there are 15 coordinate industries, 14 im- balanced industries, and 7 industries with excellent coordination among 15 coordinate industries. Finally, the paper puts forward some coun- termeasures to promote the coordination between technology innovation efficiency and industrial competitiveness.
