摘    要:快速制造技术是重要的产品创新设计手段,以大学生创新训练计划项目为实例,阐述快速制造技术在大学生创新性实验的综合运用,为学生搭建一个持续稳定的创新设计与制造实训平台.在此平台上完成了便携式擦鞋器结构设计、数字化建模与装配仿真,采用SPS450B快速成型机实现了样机的快速制作,并对便携式擦鞋器样机装配测试,性能达到设计要求.完成了便携式擦鞋器除尘、上油、抛光的复合功能。对推动学生工程实践及创新能力的提升具有积极作用。

Abstract:Rapid manufacturing technology is an important means of product innovation design,take the college students' innovative training program as an example,the integrated application of rapid manufacturing technology in college students' innovative experiment was discussed,a stable platform was build for the students to design and manufacture of innovative practice. Structure design,digital model and assembly simulation of portable polishing shoe machine was completed on this platform,the virtual prototype was manufactured by SPS450B rapid molding machine,portable polishing shoe prototype was assembled and tested,its' performance meet the design requirements. The dust removal,oiling,polishing function of portable polishing shoe machine was completed. It has positive role to promote students' innovative ability of engineering practice.
