不同产地元胡中微量元素含量分析

摘    要:以火焰原子吸收光谱法,分别对13个产地元胡的5种微量元素(Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Ni)含量进行分析,结果显示:不同产地元胡药材中这5种微量元素含量有一定差异,其中Fe元素含量差异最大,范围为33.3356.25μg/g。该方法回收率在96.41%356.25μg/g。该方法回收率在96.41%104%,RSD值均小于5%,能有效反映各个产地微量元素含量,为元胡药效研究和质量检测提供科学依据,同时也为中药材的地道种植提供依据。

Abstract:By atomic absorption spectrometry,the content of five trace elements(Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn, Ni)in different habitats of Corydalis yanhusuo are analyzed. The results show that there are certain differences in different areas of Corydalis yanhusuo in the content of five trace elements,and that the difference of Fe content is obvious,from 33. 3 to 356. 25 μg / g. The extraction recoveries are from 96. 41% to 104% ,with RSD being less than 5% . The result is an effective indication of the various origin of the trace elements,which pro-vides a scientific basis for the efficacy research and quality testing of Corydalis yanhusuo.
