摘    要:在分析科学史在教育中的功能和教育价值的基础上,重点论述了利用科学史教育来提高理工科学生对专业知识的热爱以及提高素质教育的作用,主要包括:培养历史意识、培养科学精神和科学方法、训练思维能力、提高科研能力.指出通过科学史教育来体现科学精神和创新精神的交融,提高学生的整体综合能力.

The Application of the History of Science in the Teaching of the Science and Engineering

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the educational emphasize on the use of history of science to improve the function and value of history of science, we mainly love for the professional knowledge of the science and engineering students, as well as the role in the quality--oriented education. The functions mainly include development of the historical consciousness, scientific spirit and method, training of the thinking ability, im- provement of the capacity of scientific resea/ch, etc. It is pointed out that through the education of the histo- ry of science, integration of scientific spirit and creative spirit can be reached and the comprehensive abilities of the students may be improved.
