摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法对生物法合成中低分子量右旋糖酐的过程进行研究.以肠膜明串珠菌为发酵菌种,发酵得到大分子量右旋糖酐,然后利用圆弧青霉发酵获得的右旋糖酐酶液调控右旋糖酐酶分子量.在选定的条件下,经降解48 h后,发酵液中右旋糖酐分子量约为70 KD~40 KD范围,纯化的降解产物经红外光谱表征,其特征吸收与标准品相同得到中低分子量右旋糖酐.

Preliminary Study on the Biosynthesis of Low Molecular Weight Dextran

Abstract:The process of low molecular weight dextran biosynthesis was preliminary studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Large molecular weight dextran syntheses with Leuconostoc mesenteroides fermentation were controlled by dextranase which was derived from Penicillium cyclopium. Under the given condition, the range of molecular weight of dextran in fermentation broth was 70 KD-40 KD. In addition, by comparison of the infrared spectra between standard dextran and the purified product, it was confirm that fermentation product and degradation product were exactly dextran.
