| 摘 要： | 采用数理统计法、问卷调查法、文献资料法等研究方法对河北省部分高校在校大学生对超重与肥胖运动康复需求进行了调查研究,目的在于了解当前高校在校大学对超重与肥胖运动康复需求的现状,为该群体大学生的运动健身提出合理的对策和建议。
