| 摘 要： | 以人为本是科学发展观的核心，是中国特色社会主义发展的本质要求，是中国共产党全心全意为人民服务宗旨的深化。坚持以人为本的科学发展观，不但有利于社会主义市场经济的健康发展，促进小康社会的全面建设，而且有利于构建社会主义和谐社会，促进人的全面、自由发展。

| Abstract: | Human - orientation is the core of Scientific Development Outlook and the essential reqirements of the development of the communism with Chinese characteristics and the deepening of CPC＇s aim of serving the people heart and soul. Sticking to the human - oriented Scientific Development Outlook can not only benefit the development of the socialist market economy, fostering the construction of well -off society well and fast, but also benefit the construction of a harmonious society, fostering the all -round and free develoment of human beings. |
