摘    要:根据光谱与发动机工况及故障之间的关系,研究发动机的故障检测和诊断技术.采用光纤光谱仪搭建一套羽焰光谱实时采集系统,实现液体火箭发动机羽焰UV-VIS光谱的现场实时采集.多次地面发动机搭载试验验证了该系统的可行性,并获取了发动机羽焰UV-VIS波段光谱数据.通过分析光谱数据,检测出Fe等相关金属元素的原子特征辐射光谱.初步获得了发动机工况与羽焰特定波段光谱辐射强度之间的变化规律,进一步论证了光谱技术用于液体火箭发动机故障检测的可行性.

Abstract:Constructed a spot collection system to collect the UV-VIS spectrum of liquid rocket plume,obeying relations between the engine's status and faults,and diagnosing the liquid-propellant engine's faults.Several tests testifying the feasibility of the system and the engine' spectral data had been carried out.Through analysis,emission spectrum of metals,such as Fe were detected.The interrelationship between the engine's status and the spectral intensity of plume were found,which testifying the feasibility of the proposed systen.
