摘    要:测量和控制系统中的非线性特性常用最小二乘回归、几何逼近或一次近似方法作线性拟合,这种近似线性拟合方法将引起非线性误差,影响系统的精度和性能。本文提出非线性的反函数校正理论和构造反函数发生器的方法,从而使非线性系统改造成为与实际物理过程相一致的不失真线性化模型,并通过在电感测微仪和磁致伸缩微位移控制系统中进行应用实验对反函数校正理论的应用方法和应用效果作了进一步的说明和验证。

Abstract:The nonlinearity of the measurement and control system is usualy linerized in the way of least square method, first approximation etc., therefore, a nonlinear error is generated which limits the accuracy and performance of the system. In this paper, the theory of inverse function correction is put forth and the way to build a generator of the Inverse function is also given. By inserting a generator of inverse function, the measurement and control system can be retrofitted into a non-distortion linear model that is consistent with the actual physical process. The application method and the effect of the inverse funtion correction are further explained and verified by the applied examples.
