| 摘 要： | 回顾性总结了1995年1月至2000年12月收治的异位妊娠误诊病例29例，其误诊病种有早孕，先兆流产，盆腔炎，功能失调性子宫出血，急性胃肠炎和急性阑尾炎等，旨在探讨误诊的原因及减少误诊的对策。

| Abstract: | There are 29 misdiagnosis in the field of ectopic pregnancy in the author's hospital from Jan,1995 to Dec,2000 summarized and reviewed in the present paper.These misdiagnoses involve early pregnancy,threatened abortion ,pelvic inflammatory disease,dysfunction uterine bleeding,acute gastroenteritis and acute appendicitis among many others,with the aim at studying the reason for the ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis and the approaches to decrease them as possible. |
