六相异步电机定子谐波电流抑制的滤波器研究

摘    要:针对电压型逆变器驱动的多相异步电动机的定子谐波电流问题,提出了一种新型的电抗滤波方法,滤波电抗器采用单铁心结构.当被控异步电机为六相移30°的绕组结构时,定子中的基波电流在电抗器铁心中产生的磁动势为零,而5次,7次等低次谐波电流则产生2倍于三相结构的旋转磁动势,因此该滤波器可以有选择地对定子中的显著谐波电流产生电抗,而对基波电流不产生电抗.对包括滤波器的多相异步电动机建立了数学模型并进行了仿真分析,仿真结果验证了电抗器的有效性.

Abstract:Focused on the substantial harmonic currents in stator of multi-phase induction motor driven by voltage source inverter(VSI),the authors proposed a method for designing a proper filter.The filter was constructed by inductance with single iron corn.When the induction motor was six phase,the magnetic motive force(MMF) generated by fundamental component of stator current was zero in the introduced filter,while the 5th and 7th harmonic currents and the like produced twice over the MMF of three-phase.The filter was able to reduce the selected substantial harmonic currents but free to the fundamental and other harmonic ones.The mathematic model including the filter was set up and simulated.The results proved the validity of the reactor.
