举证时限是最高人民法院有关民事诉讼证据司法解释确立的一项新的证据制度，但正因为是一项全新的制度，致使其在适用过程中存在种种问题，并没有完全达到设立时的初衷和目的，还需要结合审判实践进一步完善。

Because of a new principle, it results in many problems in process of being applied, and it has not achieved entirely the purpose since being set up. So we need consummate it further integrating with judicial practice.
