摘    要:研究了在HAc-NaAc介质中,以氨三乙酸(NTA)为活化剂,锰(Ⅱ)离子催化高碘酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量锰的新方法.实验结果表明:方法的线性范围为10-120ng/25ml,检测限为0.21ng/ml,用于黄河水中锰的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:A new catalytic spectrophotometry method for the determination of trace manganese has been developed. The method is based on the oxidation of bromocresol green with potassium periodate using manganese as a catalyst and nitrilo triacetic acid as an activator in a solution of HAc-NaAc. The results show that the detection limit of Mn is 0.21ng/ml, and the linear range of determination is 10-120ng/25ml. The method has been applied to the determination of Mn in Yellow River water with satisfactory results.
