| 摘 要： | 风险控制与银企关系是银行从事中小企业融资业务的两个重点,二者相辅相承.运用现代博弈理论,创新地从银行客户经理这一特殊角色切入,构造其效用函数进行风险控制分析.然后构造银企重复博弈模型对银企关系进行分析.最后基于博弈模型的分析,对银行提出建议:降低客户经理尽职成本、控制受贿行为、提高失职处罚、合理设计绩效奖励、与中小客户建立长期健康的银企关系.
