摘    要:基于计算机速度的提高,把分水岭变换和GVF模型与病理专业知识相结合,实现了胃癌病理切片显微图像的细胞核分割。利用分水岭变换得到细胞核的初始轮廓,然后利用GVF模型逼近得到细胞核的终止轮廓。实验袁明,组合算法的分割效果较好。

Abstract:The application of watershed arithmetic and GVF model in cell nucleus division has advantages and disadvantages respectively. Based on dramatic increase in the speed of computer calculation, the nucleus division of pathological section microscopic image of gastric cancer is realized by the combination of the former two arithmetics and professional knowledge. The initial contours of nucleus is achieved by watershed transformation, then the real contours are approaching by GVF model. According to the experiment, the combination arithmetics results in good effects.
