| 摘 要： | 紫砂器是中国饮食文化中具有特殊价值的传统手工艺品．运用现代科技对这一古老的工艺进行实用化研究，通过结构、传热、电子控制技术以及造型等设计、研究，创造一种新型多功能电热炊具，使之古为今用，为现代家庭日趋快捷的生活节奏服务．

This paper discussed a new electrothermal boiler of the ancient craft with the modern techniques in structure, heattransfer and sculpt means so that it can adapt the fast rhythm of modern life. |
