人心果叶片面积测定方法

摘    要:通过测定叶片实际面积S、叶长a和叶宽b,经过矫正系数计算和线性回归分析推导叶片面积估算公式。矫正系数即为叶片实际面积与叶长、叶宽乘积的比值,从而推导出人心果叶片面积估算公式。作叶片实际面积与叶长、叶宽乘积间的线性回归分析,也可推导出人心果叶片面积估算公式。经过验证和样本容量分析,表明通过测定叶片长和宽,应用上述两个公式均能较为准确地估算叶片面积,且一般取样方法(样本容量为30)能得到理想的估算结果。

Abstract:Through testing the true area(S),length(a) and width(b) of leaves,the formulas for estimating the area of leaves are derived by calculating the corrected coefficient and doing linear regression analysis.The corrected coefficient is the ratio of the true area to the product of the length and width of leaves.The analysis of linear regression is between the true area and the product of the length and the width of leaves.The results of testing these two formulas indicate that they are suitable for estimating the area of leaves of sapodilla.The average sampling method,taking sample capacity as 30,can accurately estimate the area of leaves.
