精密卷绕防叠分析与设计

摘    要:本文就络丝机精密卷绕防叠问题进行了系统的理论探讨,提出了基本防叠分数系列和最优基本防叠分数等概念,并以此为基础提出了理想防叠小数的选定原则和方法。这不仅对络丝机防叠机构的设计提供了理论依据,对其他卷绕防叠问题也具有指导意义。

Abstract:This paper deals with the winding ratio and the ideal decimal fraction for antiribbon on precision winding in theory. The authors give the concepts of the series of fundamental fraction for anti-ribbon and their optimal value, and discuss the methods for determining the ideal decimal fraction for anti-ribbon. It not only provides the theoretical foundation for designing the anti-ribboning mechanism of the winder, but also can solve the anti-ribboning problems of other winding machines, for example loom winder.
