柱锥结合罩压垮过程数值模拟

摘    要:为了更好地研究柱锥结合罩的成型机理,建立了带壳体柱锥结合罩战斗部药型罩压垮、形成射流的仿真计算模型,仿真研究了药型罩压垮成型过程和初始射流形成特性,并与锥型罩初始射流特性进行了对比分析.结果表明:柱锥结合罩初始射流是由圆柱部分罩材料径向压缩和沿轴线向下流动变形而形成;与形同锥角和壁厚的锥型罩相比,柱锥结合罩初始射流头部速度可提高1 km/s以上,射流质量密度更大、分布更均匀,对提高射流破甲效应极为有利.

Abstract:To study jet fo rmatio n of cy linder-cone liner, the cy linder-cone sha ped charg e wi th shell w as numerica lly simula ted. The liner collapse and the ini tial jet fo rmatio n w as studied for the cy linder-cone sha ped charge. The result s rev eal that the original jet is formed by the radial collapse and axial flowing of the cylinder part o f liner, tha t compared wi th the t radi tio nal shaped charg e which has the same thickness and co ne co rner of liner, the v elocity of the to p jet o f the cylinder-co ne shaped cha rg e is mo re tha n 1000 m / s higher, a nd tha t the mass densi ty is larger and the v elocity at the axial di rectio n is more stable , which is g ood for improv ing the piercing perfo rmance.
