应用广义线性函数的线性电路K故障诊断

摘    要:在模拟电路故障诊断中,由于元件容差的影响,以及元件变化与输出增量之间的非线性关系,使得实际的诊断过程非常复杂和困难.本文引用广义线性函数的概念,对元件的容差进行类线性处理,并且弱化了元件参数变化和输出增量之间的非线性关系,提出了等效的支路故障值概念.对应用广义线性函数进行故障诊断做了讨论,导出了计及容差情况下的 k 故障诊断模型及最小二乘算法,由此所得的结果具有最优性和无偏性.诊断时采用多激励方法,消除了诊断过程中的等效故障.

Abstract:A method for fault diagnosis of linear analog circuits with tolerance is presented in this paper.The tolerance problem is dealt with by using generalized linear functious which can reduce the nonlinear sensitivities between the incre- ments of element parameters and the increments of the voltages from accessible nodes.Applications of generalized linear functions to analog circuits fault diagnosis are studied and an algorithm for the location of fault elements and the determina- tion of the changes of the element parameters by using the Linear Square Method is developed.The diagnosed circuit is excited by multiple current sources and this makes it easy to recognize the actual fault elements.It is shown that this is an effective method.
