| 摘 要： | 主要针对物理实验教学中椭偏仪实验数据处理中存在的问题，简单介绍了椭偏仪数据处理查询系统软件的设计思想和应用功能，该软件用可视化语言VisualFoxpro 6.0进行编程，成功地解决了椭偏仪数据处理中的一些困难，也能很好地满足科学研究和实验教学的要求，对面向小型数据库的数据处理系统的开发也有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the problems that exist in the fields of ellipsometer experiment, The designing idea of software of data processing in ellipsometer experiment is introduced, This software is compiled by visible language - Visual Foxpro 6.0 . Its successfully solves the difficulties in ellipsometer data processing, It is a helpful tool for research work and educational purpose, So, this development idea is helpful to the development of some data management system oriented to small databases. |
