| 摘 要： | 利用热泵热风联合干燥的方法,对试材大红皮萝卜进行了脱水干燥实验研究.通过对试材质量、送风温度、送风风速和萝卜丁尺寸等单因素变化实验,得出了各因素对干燥速率的影响规律;分别以SMER(单位能耗除湿量)和产品感官品质为评价指标,对试材热泵热风联合干燥效果进行分析,得出了相应的优化组合方式.
