| 摘 要： | 对缬草叶片的组织培养进行了初步研究，以缬草叶片作外殖体，用84(含氯制剂)作消毒液，用KT和NAA作生长调节剂．研究结果表明：以10％的84消毒液对外殖体消毒15min效果最理想，MS KT5mg／L NAA0．05mg／L为诱导叶块愈伤组织的最佳培养基配方．缬草叶片生根时根的着生位置在紧靠叶脉处．

| Abstract: | Tissue culture with leaves of Valeriana officinalis was studied in this paper. Disinfected with 84 liquid (chloride preparation) , KT and NAA were used as growth regulators. The results are as follows: The most ideal effect of disinfecting is using with 10% of 84 liquid for 15 minuets. The best combination of culture medium to inducement callus is MS + KT5 mg/L + NAA0. 05 mg/L. The root growing from the leaves of Valeriana officinalis is near to the vein. |
