| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结开胸手术患者的呼吸道护理措施。方法 :报告124例开胸手术患者的呼吸道护理过程。结果 :本组124例 ,发生肺部并发症12例 ,除1例右侧全肺切除患者发生难以控制的右肺感染死亡外 ,其余病人未发生肺部并发症。结论 :术前正确有效的知识宣教 ,术后重视胸部物理治疗和有效的止痛 ,可以降低开胸手术患者肺部并发症的发生率

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the measures of respiratory tract nursing for patients with open chest operation.Methods:To report the procedures of respirory tract nursing for 124 cases of patients with an opening chest operation.Results:of them,12 cases occurred pulmonary complications.1 case with excising the whole right lung dies of uncontrolled right lung infection.The other patients had no any pulmonary complications.Conmclusions:To reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications we should prpopagandize the knowledge befre the operation,stress physical therapy of chest and stop effectively pain after the operation. |
