| 摘 要： | 本文运用虎克定律和起升运动学的基本原理,提出了石油钻机滑轮效率精确测试的新方法。通过对滑轮效率的测试结果表明:石油钻机单滑轮效率为0.97;使用弯板式传感器可以在不停机、不切断钢丝绳和大载荷情况下测试钻机载荷。

| Abstract: | In this aritcle, a new accurate method for determinating oil drilling rig efficiency is given based on the principle of Hooke law and hoisting motion. The experimental of sheave efficiency shows: single sheave efficincy of oil drilling rig is 97%. The bended plate sensor can be used for measuring drilling rig loads under conditions of heavy loads without shutting down the machine and cutting off the wire rope. |
