摘    要:本文研究了缠绕层对内筒含穿透裂纹的容器疲劳扩展速率的影响。结果表明:即使在等壁厚、等裂纹长度、等应力的条件下,内筒含穿透裂纹的缠绕式容器的裂纹扩展速率也明显小于单层容器的裂纹扩展速率,缠绕层数越多,上述作用越显著。本文还得出了缠绕式容器的鼓胀系数计算式。揭示了:压力容器或高压管道只要适当缠绕几层扁平钢带,其疲劳、断裂性能就可较显著地得到改善。

Abstract:In this paper, winding flat steel ribbon's effect on the crack growth rate of a vessel cortaining an axial through crack has been investigated. It is shown that oven under the same conditions of wall thickness, stress and crack length, the crack growth rate of a steel ribbon-wound vessel containng an axial through crack is evidently slower than that of a monocoque vessel. The more the winding layer's number, the greater the above effect, The bulge coefficient formula of a ribbon-wound vessel containing an axial through crack has also been obtained in our research. This paper reveals that by merely winding a few appropriate layers of steel ribbons, the fatigue and fracture property of pressure vessels or pressu- rized pipeline can be improved evidently.
