香菜挥发油功能性研究

摘    要:对水蒸气蒸馏得到的香菜挥发油的功能性进行了研究,测定了香菜挥发油清除NaNO2和DPPH自由基的能力,研究结果显示,香菜精油具有很强的清除NaNO2和DPPH自由基能力.研究了香菜精油的抗菌活性,结果显示,香菜精油对大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌具有显著的抗菌作用,对根霉也有明显的生长抑制作用,但是,对米曲霉和黑曲霉完全没有抗菌作用.

Abstract:The functionality of the essential oil from the aerial parts of coriander(Coriandrum sativum L.) by hydrodistillation was investigated.The NaNO_2 and DPPH radical scavenging activity of the essential oil were determineted.The result showed that the essential oil has remarkable scavenging activity.In addition,The antibacterial activity was also tested against 6 bacteria and was compared with that of the coriander juice.The result showed that the oil has potent inhibitory effect against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus albus,Bacillus subtilis,and Phizopus sp than that of coriander juice,but the oil has no inhibitory activity against Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus niger.
