管理学案例教学中的团队学习法探索

摘    要:学习型组织注重员工团队精神的培养,要求进行“团队学习”。而管理学案例教学通常以团体和小组讨论为基础,强调学习者之间的交流与合作,很适合团队学习。以团队学习模式开展的管理学案例教学,可按以下四个步骤来实施:组建学习团队;布置案例学习任务;案例的分析讨论;考核与评价。

Abstract:Learning organizations pay attention to the training of team spirit of employees and require team learning.Practising team learning and team education for students in higher education will help students adapt best to the modern learning organization.Management case teaching is generally based on panel discussion and emphasizes exchange and cooperation between learners.It is very suitable to team learning.To do this,the following four steps can be adopted: forming learning team,setting aside case learning task,analysis and discussion of cases and check and evaluation.
