| 摘 要： | 本文是关于基因诊断的原理及其分子生物学技术的概述．着重介绍了基因探针和Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ印迹、聚合酶链式反应（ＰＣＲ）及等位基因特异聚合酶链式反应（ＡＳ－ＰＣＲ）和限制性片段长度多肽性（ＲＦＬＰ）分析的原理、方法、技术特点和应用范围．最后，讨论了其发展前景．
