| 摘 要： | 介绍了发达国家政府投资建设项目监管的特色，指出了目前我国政府投资建设项目监管中存在的问题，从完善相关法律和制度、理顺政府与市场的关系、完善监管体系和监管方法、实行监管责任制等方面提出了完善我国政府投资建设项目监管的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the features of supervision of government-i nv ested projects in developed countries, points out the current existing problems in the supervision government-invested projects in our country. This paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect supervision of government-invested project s of our country from the aspects such as perfecting related laws and system, st raightening out the relationships between government and market, perfecting the, carrying out the system of job responsibility for supervision, etc. |
