论区域经济协调发展的经济法基础——从公平理念的视角

改革开放以来,我国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。但是由于各方面的原因,造成了我国区域经济发展的非均衡状态,近年来,这种差距有扩大之势。中央政府已经注意到这个问题,并适时提出了区域经济协调发展的战略。其主要内容是:继续发展东部、实施西部大开发,带动中部、振兴东北老工业基地。区域经济协调发展战略是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程,不仅需要政策的支持,更需要法律的保障。本文试图从经济法的公平理念出发,探求区域经济协调发展战略的灵魂,并提出了贯彻经济法公平理念的对策。

Discussions of Economy Law Foundation of Regional Economy's Development in Harmony--From the Visual Angle of Fair Idea

Our country has made great achievement in economy development since it reformed and opened.But the regional economic development has shown the non-balanced state because of reasons of various fields.The central government has already noticed this question,and has put forward the coordinated development strategy of the regional economy in good time.This article attempts to seek the soul of strategy from the fair idea of economy law.It also puts forward the countermeasure of carrying out the fair idea of economy law.
