| Abstract: | The Central Committee of the CCP proposed the idea of the construction of socialism harmonious society.However the constitutional government democracy constitutes the socialism harmonious society's essential factor.This essay elaborates the inner link between the constitutional government and the socialism harmonious society,the implementation condition of constitutional government in China as well as how to perfect the constitutional government system,in order to build the solid foundation of construction of the socialism harmonious society. |
