液相芯片技术在人乳头瘤病毒检测和分型中的应用

摘    要:从50例疑似感染人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus, HPV)患者的标本中提取DNA,运用液相芯片技术对提取的DNA进行7种低危型和19种高危型检测,并与反向点杂交检测结果进行比较.50例标本中,液相芯片检出阳性26例,阳性率为52%,其中单一亚型感染20例占40%,多重感染6例占12%,比反向点杂交的多重感染阳性检出率高4%.

Abstract:50 specimens from those suspected for HPV infection were detected with the method of liquid chips and reverse line blot assay. In all 50 specimens, 26(52%) were detected positive for HPV DNA with the method of liquid chips, including 20(40%) single infection and 6(12%) multiple infection. However, there were just 4(8%) multiple infection with the method of reverse line blot assay.
