| 摘 要： | 根据低温低浊水的特性,对处理该种水质过程中的传质扩散及絮凝过程中的动力特性进行了分析.依据惯性效应理论,介绍了涡旋混凝低脉动沉淀技术在处理低温低浊水中的应用.

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic of low temperature and low turbidity water,the dynamic characteristic of process diffuse and flocculation in treating with sewage water are analyzed.According to the application of inertia effect theories,the practicability of vortex coagulationlow pulsating sedimentation process in low temperature and low turbidity water is expatiated. |
