无急回特性曲柄摇杆机构的图解分析和设计

摘    要:在许多教材或专业资料中,常把具有急回特性的曲柄摇杆机构作为重要知识点来讲解,而无急回特性的曲柄摇杆机构几乎未提及。事实上,生活中许多机械都是靠无急回特性的曲柄摇杆机构实现的。因此,研究无急回特性曲柄摇杆机构非常有意义。文章中运用了CAD软件,采用图解法分析了该机构存在的条件、特点并提供了典型的设计方案。

No Quick-return Characteristics of Crank-rocker Mechanism Graphic Analysis and Design

Abstract:In many of the teaching materials or specialty information, authors often elaborate the quick-return charac- teristics of the crank-rocker mechanism as an important point, but not mention the crank-rocker mechanism non-quick- return characteristics. In fact, many machines of life comes from non-quick-return characteristics. Therefore, the study of non-quick-return characteristics of the crank-rocker mechanism is very meaningful. The paper analyzes the ex- istence condition of the non-quick-return mechanism, characters and provides a typical design using the CAD software.
