In many of the teaching materials or specialty information, authors often elaborate the quick-return charac- teristics of the crank-rocker mechanism as an important point, but not mention the crank-rocker mechanism non-quick- return characteristics. In fact, many machines of life comes from non-quick-return characteristics. Therefore, the study of non-quick-return characteristics of the crank-rocker mechanism is very meaningful. The paper analyzes the ex- istence condition of the non-quick-return mechanism, characters and provides a typical design using the CAD software.
