| 摘 要： | 农业技术创新是中国农业经济乃至整个国民经济发展的源泉和动力,私营部门是未来农业技术创新最具有发展潜力的力量。在对我国私营部门农业技术创新进行理论分析的基础上,分析了影响私营部门农业技术创新的内、外部因素,并提出了推动私营部门农业技术创新的对策及建议。
