金属切削条件的优化算法研究

摘    要:目前使用的切削条件优化算法,几乎直接引用优化理论中的通用性算法,而这些算法反映切削加工模型的特点不够。本文从切削加工模型特点分析出发,运用优化理论建立了适合车削条件优化的SP法以及适合铣削条件优化的MS法。研究结果表明:在平均计算时间、加工成本方面,所建的SP法及MS法优于传统的查表法及一些典型的优化法。

Abstract:The optimization algorithm of metal - cutting conditions being used today is almost directly from the general algorithm in the optimization theory, however, these algorithms cannot sufficiently reflect the characteristics of metal - cutting models. Starting from analyzing characteristics of cutting and processing models, author utilizes the optimization theory to establish the SP algorithm which suits the optimization of cutting conditions as well as the MS algorithm which suits the optimization of milling conditions. The result of research shows: In the average computing time and the machining cost, the established SP and MS algorithms have been obviously superior to the traditional table look-up method and some other typical optimization algorithms.
