中药黄芪元素谱的灰色关联分析

摘    要:用ICP-AES测定15种黄芪中的23种元素,以其含量为分析指标,用灰色关联方法研究了不同产地的黄芪在微量元素谱的亲疏关系,对不同品种的黄芪进行分类,为地道性中药材的研究提供简单的区分方法。

Abstract:The content of 23 elements (TE) of Astragalus in 15differentspecies was determined by ICPAES. The content of TE in Astragalus was used as analytical index. The Grey Relation Analysis method was employed to describe close or distant relationship of the TE spectrum feature of Astragalus in different producing areas. The results show that the different species of Astragalus can be easily recognized by Grey Correlation Coefficient. It provides the discriminating method to study the genuine Chinese traditional medicine.
