| 摘 要： | “文化休克”现象是不同文化之间差异性的一种表现形态。“文化休克”现象的存在直接影响着对外汉语教学（TC-FL）的实效性。树立正确的文化对话理念、营造适当的文化教学语境、加强对外汉语师资队伍建设,可以有效地克服对外汉语教学中的“文化休克”现象。

| Abstract: | Cultural shock is a form of diversity between different cultures.The existence of cultural shock affects the effectiveness of TCFL.It is availably to overcome cultural shock by raising right communicative conception,constructing appropriate culture-teaching environments,enhancing the construction of teaching faculty. |
